I'm not a consultant who studied businesses from the outside. I'm the guy who was handed chaos, kept my mouth shut for two weeks, and then got to work. What followed was a decade of building systems, leading teams, and turning owner-dependent operations into businesses that run without the owner holding them together by sheer will.

I bought into my own shop through sweat equity and owner financing. I trained under John Maxwell in 2014 — and sold my truck to pay for it. My wife Hillary and I are raising three kids in rural Oklahoma, where she homeschools all three full time. I coach from experience, not theory. Everything I teach happened on a real floor.
